Payment Types
All payments must be made in US currency. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, and PayPal. We also accept payment by money order and certified check. When paying by money order, certified check or with a PayPal account that is linked to a checking account (known as PayPal e-check) please remember that product shipments will not occur until your payment is received and verified. PayPal e-checks generally take 3-4 days to verify. Accordingly, we cannot accommodate requests for expedited shipments for orders paid with money orders, certified checks or PayPal e-checks.

Sales Taxes
State law requires us to charge sales tax for all shipments made to North Carolina and Utah.
Sales taxes of 6.75% are charged for all shipments made to locations within North Carolina. Shipments made to certain counties and municipalities may be subject to additional sales taxes; for example - shipments to Mecklenburg County, North Carolina bear an additional .5% sales tax charge.
The current sales tax rate for the State of Utah is 4.70%. Certain cities, counties and other municipalities charge an additional tax; accordingly, sales taxes will be charged on all orders based on the tax jurisdiction of the destination within the state of Utah.
Sales taxes are not charged on sales of gift certificates; although, for any purchase made where gift certificates are used as tender, sales taxes will be charged if the products are shipped to North Carolina or Utah.

Payment Verification
Please note that for your protection, our checkout system verifies credit card billing information and address information. This information must exactly match the information on file with your credit card company to process. As an extra protection for all International customers, we may request a copy of your credit card statement for verification purposes. Please remember these and other payment verification procedures may delay the processing of your order but are intended to respect your safety.

Security
We make every effort to ensure that your transaction will be secure and safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges billed to your credit card account. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, SHOP.PGATOUR.com will cover this entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from our secure server.
We use the industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to safeguard all of your personal information. Your information cannot be accessed by any unauthorized individual. We are fully compliant with PCI requirements, and our site is protected by Alert Logic®. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Tracking Your Order
Once you complete the check-out process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number, information and additional instructions.
Once payment is received and verified, your order will be processed. Please remember to add the email address customerservice@shop.pgatour.com to your safe senders list so that you will receive all confirmation emails.
Your confirmation will include your order number and a link to our Order Tracking Page. You may track the progress of your order any time on this page. Once your order is shipped, you will be supplied with a FedEx tracking number.
You may then track the progress of your shipment at FedEx.com. Please allow 3-4 hours before this information is updated at FedEx.com. Please also remember that we cannot provide tracking information for military APO/FPO shipments as these products will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

Shipping Problems
If you have a problem with your shipment, such as delivery or product damage issues, please call our customer service team as soon as possible at 888-5GO-TOUR (888-546-8687). While these issues are rare, they do occur. Each item is insured. When you call, please have your order number available. If your shipment arrives damaged, if possible, please do not open the box or remove any of the packing materials or the contents. Call us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process a damage claim with FedEx. We will then give you additional guidance regarding replacement of the damaged items. We can only ship you a replacement item once the claim has been processed with our shipping services provider. You may be required to sign a verification of the damage or loss.

Manufacturer Drop Shipments
If we do not have a particular item in stock, we will request a drop shipment be made directly to you from the manufacturer. Only those items that are considered to be current in-line products will typically be available from the manufacturer via drop ship. When the order is confirmed with the manufacturer, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email. If you require tracking information, please call our customer service team at 888-5GO-TOUR (888-546-8687).

Gift Certificates
We offer you the ability to purchase online gift certificates. These are a great gift idea for the holidays, birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or just a great way to say thank you.
Gift certificates may be purchased in denominations from $10 to $1,000. To purchase a gift certificate, simply visit the Gift Certificate page.
While sales taxes are not charged on purchases of gift certificates, sales taxes will be applied to shipments made to North Carolina when gift certificates are redeemed.
